What kind of data can I train?
You can create a custom knowledge base for each chatbot by copying/ pasting text, uploading different files (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt), scraping a website URL, or adding individual question-and-answer pairs.
How much data can I train?
This currently depends on the plan that you’re on. If you’re on the standard plan, you have up to 10 million characters. If you’re on the professional plan, you have up to 15 million characters. If you’re on the agency plan, you have up to 20 million characters. We are currently working on the ability to train more than that, which will likely be in the form of a pay-per-character model after the initial threshold since our costs increase with more data that is trained.
