How to cancel your Stammer.ai subscription

Step 1: Log in to your admin account on app.stammer.ai.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Account" section on your dashboard.

Step 3: Within "Account", select "Billing Usage & Settings".

Step 4: Look for the section titled "Billing Preferences".

Step 5: Here, you'll find an option to "Cancel Your Subscription". Click on it.

Step 6: You'll see a red "Terminate" button. Click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm cancellation.

• Please note that your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing period, at which point your account will be deactivated. 
  
• Additionally, all data associated with your chatbots will be deleted, as we scrub data from deactivated accounts from our database servers every 14 days. 
• Please ensure you have saved any important information or data elsewhere prior to cancelling your subscription.
