Stripe Integration Step by Step

1. Inside your Stammer.ai account, click on Agency > Connect Stripe.




2. You will be redirected to Stripe to confirm your business details and connect your billing information. This will allow for customers to pay you directly and the Stammer.ai system gets notified to automatically create the sub-accounts and user accounts automatically for you.

Please note -> Stammer.ai does not see or store any of your billing information. This is all on Stripe's end as they require your business information to process your payments when your customers make purchases from you.




3. After you have confirmed your business details with Stripe you will be re-directed back to your dashboard where you should a green "connected" confirmation message (see below). You now have the ability to create new subscription products for your customers.




4. Navigate to Agency > Subscription Packages and then click the "Create/ Update Packages" button to create your first subscription package product.




5. Select Subscription package. This is also where you can also create a product to resell additional chatbots and additional message credits to your users. 




6. Enter in the details for your subscription package. 

Package Name: this is the public facing product name your customers will see when checking out on Stripe

Package Price: This is the price that you set for your customers (in USD, we are working on adding more currencies soon)

Package Tier: You can create 3 different packages. Basic, Pro, Premium




7. Subscription Package Details cont.:

Chatbots: Number of chatbots included in the subscription. This number of chatbots will be deducted from your total available chatbots every time a customer purchases this package. If you don't have enough chatbots available in your agency pool, then your customers will be unable to purchase.

Credits: This is the number of message credits in the subscription package. Similarly to chatbots, this number will be deducted from your agency pool of available message credits.

Package Description: Type in a short description about this product tier. 

Package Features: This is where you can edit and type out the different features you want to be shown to users on the product. This is a comma separated string of text. 




8. After you have created the new subscription package you will see the new product containing all of the information and text you added in the last step. 




9. You now can copy the package link of the new product and paste/ send to whoever you want.




10. This link will be a white labeled checkout link for the subscription product you just created. 




11. When a user goes to that link, they will see a Stripe checkout page where they can enter in their payment details. 




12. When they make a purchase the system will automatically create a sub-account, user account and send them all of that information via an email as well automatically redirect them back to your white label dashboard where they see their new account. 




13. Inside your agency dashboard under the Stripe connection page you will now see a ledger containing all of the transactions that have occurred with your newly connected subscription packages.
