How to make a new subscription product

This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new subscription product in Stammer.ai, allowing you to offer various pricing options to your clients. 

Preparation

Before creating a new subscription product, ensure that your Stripe account is connected to Stammer.ai. If not, follow our guide on How to Integrate Stripe with Stammer.ai.

Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription Products Section

1. Log into your white label admin dashboard (app.yourdomain.com).

2. On the left sidebar, click on Agency > Subscription Packages

3. In the drop-down menu titled Create/ Update Packages, select "Subscription Package."

Step 2: Create New Subscription Product

1. Package Name: This is the product name your clients will see when they checkout on Stripe.

2. Package Price: This is the price that you set for your customers (in USD, we are working on adding more currencies soon)

3. Package Tier: You can create 3 different packages. Basic, Pro, Premium.

4. Chatbots: Number of chatbots included in the subscription. This number of chatbots will be deducted from your total available chatbots every time a customer purchases this package. If you don't have enough chatbots available in your agency pool, then your customers will be unable to purchase.

5. Credits: This is the number of message credits in the subscription package. Similarly to chatbots, this number will be deducted from your agency pool of available message credits.

6. Package Description: Type in a short description about this product tier. 

7. Package Features: This is where you can edit and type out the different features you want to be shown to users on the product. This is a comma separated string of text. 

Step 4: Save Your Subscription Product

1. After filling in all the required details, click "Create Package."

2. Your new subscription product will now be visible in your "Subscription Products" list.

3. There will be a Package Link url that you can share with your clients for them to purchase

You have successfully created a new subscription product. 

Repeat these steps as needed to create a variety of subscription tiers to offer your clients.

Step 5: Share the White Label Link 

1. Copy the Package link to get the direct Stripe link for your clients to purchase. 

2. When a client purchases the subscription product through this link, a new sub-account will be created along with the allocated chatbots and message credits you set in step 2 above.
