  • Agency Admin - The account level of the user who purchases a Stripe subscription from Stammer directly.
  • Agency Pool - This refers to the quantity of chatbots and message credits an agency has purchased and is available for use.
  • AI Chatbot - An artificial intelligence-powered chat agent that can interact with clients' customers, answer questions, and perform tasks based on its training.
  • Allocation - The distribution of available chatbots and message credits from the agency's pool to individual client sub-accounts.
  • Base System Prompt - This is where users can add “rules” to help the AI chatbot understand how to act and respond in certain scenarios. This is the functional area of where you can fine-tune the model for the specific business and use case.
  • Chatbot Training - The process of teaching each AI chatbot to answer specific questions related to a client's business and achieve certain goals set by the agency.
  • Dashboard - The interface where agencies can manage their Stammer.ai account, including their available chatbots, message credits, client accounts, and Stripe integration.
  • DNS (Domain Connection) - The feature that allows agencies to connect their own domain to the Stammer.ai platform for a white-labeled and personalized client experience.
  • Fine Tuning - The process of customizing and enhancing the AI chatbot's responses and interactions based on the specific needs and context of the client's business. It helps to improve the chatbot's performance and user experience over time.
  • Message Credits - Units used to track and limit the number of messages that can be sent through the AI chatbots.
  • Rebranding - The process of customizing the Stammer.ai platform with the agency's logo and domain, creating a seamless experience for the agency's clients.
  • Stripe Integration - The connection between the agency's Stripe account and the Stammer dashboard, allowing agencies to receive direct payments from their clients for subscriptions.
  • Sub-Account - A secondary account created for clients by the agency, under the agency's main account, when they purchase a subscription.
  • Subscription Package - A tiered offering that agencies can create for their clients, which can include varying numbers of chatbots and message credits.
  • Subscription Package Description - This is an optional text field that you can enter in a short bit of text to describe this subscription tier to your clients. 
  • Subscription Package Features - This is comma separated value list of package features to show your clients. For example: Unlimited Website Embeddings, 24/7 Customer Support, API Access etc. 
  • Subscription Package Name - This is the name of your subscription package that is customer facing (this is the name your clients will see when subscribing through Stripe).
  • Subscription Package Price - This is the price (in USD) that your customers will see when signing up. This is the price that your customer will pay on a monthly basis. 
  • Subscription Package Tier - Used for ordering the packages you create with the Stripe Integration. There are 3 package tiers you can create products for. Basic, Professional and Premium. You can change the names of the package tiers as you wish.
  • User Account - A separate login credential set created for each client, allowing them to access their specific sub-account on the Stammer.ai platform.
  • White Label SaaS - A model where Stammer's software can be rebranded and resold by agencies to their clients, enhancing functionality without the need for a large capital expenditure.
