If I am on [any] plan and I have more clients than that, how can I get more chatbots? 

1. You can buy more chatbots right inside the Stammer platform. Depending on how many you need, they may range from an additional $8 - $15. 

If I am on [any] plan and I have more clients than that, how can I get more credits?

1. You can buy more credits right inside the Stammer platform. You can buy an additional 2,000 credits for $10. You can buy an additional 12,500 credits for $50. You can buy an additional 35,000 credits for $100. If you need more credits than that, please contact us and we get you as many credits as you need 

Do credits roll over into the next month? If I had 5,000 credits left from the previous month does it carry over and I get 15,000 or does it reset to 10,000?

1. The credits will always roll over into the next month and do not expire. 

I have just signed up, and connected to Stripe, but my payment links are not working. What is wrong? 

1. If your account doesn't have a sufficient number of chatbots or credits, users trying to subscribe to your package may encounter an error. To keep things running smoothly and prevent any potential hiccups, please ensure you have the necessary chatbots or credits in your account.
