Embed as the chat widget (Chat bubble)
This is how to install the chatbot widget so it shows up as the small icon in the bottom right hand corner of the website.
The icon will always be showing in the bottom right hand corner as you scroll through the website
Copy the chat widget embed code to your clipboard
In your website editor find the area that allows you to modify the “Footer Code” or “Body Code”.
If this does not work, try adding it to your “Header Code”
In this section you will paste in the embed code and the widget will then show up in the bottom right hand corner
Embed as an inline element (Website block)
This is how you install the chatbot so it acts as another element on your website.
Copy the inline embed code to your clipboard.
Add a custom HTML/ CSS content block to your website and then paste in the embed code
