• Step 1: In the value text box next to "query" we would normally have {{message.body}}. 
  • But when you first set this automation up, you will need to test the webhook to save a test response.
  • You can accomplish this by putting in a simple statement like "hello world" which will yield a result from the AI chatbot which then allows you to save the step in the workflow.
  • After you perform this test and see the Green Success bar you can change the message from "hello world" to {{message.body}}.
