1. Event Type: POST
- URL: This is your white labeled API webhook URL that you can find via your dashboard
- Payload Type: json
- Data: There are 3 values to add
- chatbot_uuid: Copy and paste this value from your chatbot dashboard
- query: This is the user's message you want the A.I. chatbot to respond to
- user_key: This can be any unique value to identify each user's conversation
- Authorization: This is where you type in "Token " and then paste in your API token
