Stammer.ai Free Trial to First Client (A-Z)

This is a general overview of what it looks like to sign up with a Free Trial, add your custom domain and logo to white label the platform, and get your first client.

1. Interested agency owners go to Stammer.ai to see what the hype is all about.



2. Check out pricing and see that there is no credit required free trial



3. Users are re-directed to create an account with their email or sign in using an existing Google account.



4. After account is created users are redirected to the admin dashboard on app.stammer.ai. Agency owners can now explore the full platform - even adding their custom domain and logo!



5. In the left hand column select Agency > Profile and add your agency's information to white label the platform as your own.



6. Next select Agency > Custom Domain and follow the instructions to add your domain (ex. app.yourdomain.com)



7. Once your custom domain is connected you can go to app.yourdomain.com and login with the same credentials you used to create your account on app.stammer.ai.



8. Everything you see on app.yourdomain.com is the same as your account on app.stammer.ai, however the logo, name and metadata are all customized based on the information you entered.

10. Unlock Reselling (Stripe Integration) 



11. After you purchase your stammer.ai subscription the Stripe integration tab will become visible in your dashboard. When logged in to your paid account under your custom domain, go to Agency > Connect Stripe and follow the instructions to connect your agency's billing accounts allowing you to sell to clients automatically.



12. After you have connected your Stripe account go to Agency > Subscription Packages to create the first subscription package to sell to your clients.



13. After creating your subscription packages you will be shown a link that you can share with your clients for them to purchase directly.



14. This will be a white labeled link with your custom domain that you can use to share with your clients. (Make sure you are logged in to your white label version of the platform)



15. When one of your clients purchases through this link, you will get paid automatically in your Stripe account and a new sub-account, user account login info and allocated chatbots/ credits will be automatically given to your client.



16. In your agency dashboard you will see a new sub-account appear in your Sub-Accounts tab.



17. When your customer logs in to your white label dashboard using the credentials that were automatically emailed to them, they will see the dashboard and be able to start creating and editing their chatbots.



18. Your clients (users) can create chatbots or request more chatbots from you or purchase more chatbots via the products that you create in your Agency dashboard.
